Alife wants to do our best to safeguard everyone against COVID-19 and create a safe living space for you.

From our very first project, we have kept a close watch on the COVID pandemic. The safety and health of every single one of our colleagues and partners was our primary concern in the process. And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

Let us create an ideal life with peace of mind together. 

・Alife management team

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

　

・Safety for residents and visitors

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Maintain social distances in elevators, hallways and all public areas.

Through these efforts, Shibaura House transcends the definition of a mere office space and evolves into a hub that gathers local communities and diverse groups.

Through this initiative, Alife members can apply in advance to access Shibaura House's exclusive space. By joining Shibaura House's community, Alife's ecosystem members can effortlessly connect with Tokyo's local communities.

Shibaura House provides a space exclusively reserved for Alifers. This flexible plan offers access to workspace, meeting rooms, or even the building's event and exhibition spaces. ｜Exclusive Space Usage Plans for Alife Members｜

(1) Plan A, Exclusive Workspace: 24-hour access to workspaces and meeting rooms (1F, 2F, 3F, 5F).

(2) Plan B, Event Space Rental Discount: Enjoy a 30% discount on event space rentals on Shibaura House 1F, 2F, 3F, 5F.

     ▪︎  Advance application is required through Shibaura House staff (English/Japanese consultation provided).

     ▪︎ When renting the venue, Shibaura House also offers publicity and PR resources.

     ▪︎ Instant translation between Chinese and Japanese is available upon request.

     ▪︎ Additional fees for translation may apply depending on event requirements.

(3) Plan C, Exclusive Use of Independent Spaces: You can reserve and use different themed independent spaces located on Shibaura House 3F.

     ▪︎ Two different themed spaces are available: "Room for Imagination" and "Room for Collaboration," suitable for independent workstations, workshops, meetings, and other activities.
     ▪︎ Usage capacity for independent spaces: 1 to 6 people.

*With any of the above plans, you can also enjoy a special offer to purchase coffee/tea at a discounted price of 100 yen during weekdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

｜How to Apply as an Alifer｜

(1) Application must be submitted to Shibaura House through Alife at least 5 business days in advance.

(2) An Alife member access card will be provided on the day of occupancy.
