Alife FL offers 6 types of well-functioned living spaces, 4 multi-function common areas, and many fun life style projects. Staying at Alife is more than tangible spaces but more about discovery of new perspectives and new approaches.

Located at mid-town Taipei, close to many MRT stations, and within walking distances from the famous Chenghuang Temple, park and museums.

The building complex is composed of Residential Space, Co-Working Space and Commercial Spaces. We have arranged for residential area with excellent lighting, flexible options for furniture, elegantly designed and functional common spaces here. Step out to the patio for a view of the old town Taipei. Alife WCH wants to experience the life of an oasis within a city with you.

The needs for living space reflects our life style preferences, so Alife's living space not only includes visible hardware, but also intangible software.

Therefore, in the planning of Alife living and living space, we offer complete and functional private space and essential common space, and then include various interesting life style projects, flexible options for working spaces, and development plans for industrial space. After filling out the appointment form on Alife official website, the community management team will contact you within 3 days to arrange the visit. Depending upon different check-in needs, the check-in membership procedure can be completed in about 1-2 weeks.

At Alife, choose from a number of lease options according to your needs. Our short-term rental plans start from 3-month plans; long-term rental plans are based on a 1-year unit. Life is full of possibilities, and so is the lease term.

Alife welcomes everyone. Those under the age of 20 must provide consent of legal guardians before being a resident at Alife.

Pets are important companions in life. Each Alife location plans out suitable room types and spaces for Alife members who need to build an ideal life with pets. Learn more.

To ensure the best interests of all our users, Most Alife spaces are completely non-smoking. However, in order to protect the rights and interests of smokers, we try to allocate smoking area as much as possible at our locations.

Living at Alife is more than renting a place. It’s also about enjoying the projects and events offered here. All Alife tenants must be a Alife member. Some of the fees at Alife locations already include rent, space planning, management and other expenses. Fees for resident member at Alife include:

(1) Monthly rent: includes rent for space, utility fee for common areas, water bill, gas bill, Internet fee, and fee for participation of resident-only projects and events. Residents not only have access to the use of hardware but also the fun events in your life at Alife.

(2) Administration and management fee: $2,000 monthly fee for all units. $3,000 per month for residents with pets.

Yes. One of the goals of Alife is to allow everyone to have the most suitable choice of living environment, which includes choices to bring the best rights and interests of our tenants.

In addition to being a company that provides various life solutions, Alife also has government-approved and certified charter management licenses and related professional certifications under the goal of providing more complete and professional services. Therefore, you can apply for relevant documents for every expense, need, and proof of living in Alife's living space, including "application for government subsidies", "tax declaration", or "application for household registration and relocation".

The design of contemporary living space should fulfill the basic needs for survival and respond to the changing needs of life, leaving the room for greatest possibility to the residents, and documenting our every life moments as much as possible. We are not just a service provider, but also a life style partner with our resident members. Therefore, at Alife, our living spaces have exclusive "community managers" stationed periodically. And with digital system assistance, not only can we simply and efficiently check the living quality, but also have the opportunity to create people through warm interaction. More communication with people is possible.

Your life is diverse, and so is Alife. Our various locations provide different types of mail and package services according to different functions and plans. Mailboxes are standard service by Alife, which can receive standard mails. Some locations are equipped with 24-hour security that can sign for letters and parcels. Some of our locations offer EZPost iBox service by Post Office that can send and receive parcels and collect online shopping 24 hours a day, so as not to miss the choices in life.

For some professional services, just leave it to Alife. The common areas at Alife are maintained with cleaning, garbage collection and recycling services. We hope to free up your time from housework and chores so you have more time for your favorite activities.In the future, we will also offer in-room housekeeping service plans for our residents.

In response to the contemporary living needs, Alife wants to allow more possibilities of living space to tenants. Therefore, different room types are designed according to different locations, surrounding environment and space planning.

Some room types of Alife are equipped with washing machines. Learn more. Some Alife locations offer ‘Aplace | Self-service Laundry” service in common spaces, so that activities such as laundry can add bring more possibilities.

Safety is always our first priority. Alife fully complies with national fire and safety regulations. Public areas are equipped with surveillance monitors, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants. Rooms are equipped with electronic locks and fire alarms, and fire safety and disaster prevention drills are carried out regularly.

To better protect the health and safety of all residents and members, during the Covid-19 epidemic, Alife fully complies with the government's epidemic prevention policies, including entry and exit registration, space disinfection and visitor regulations, which will be strictly enforced in accordance with government regulations.

In addition, prior to checking in, new resident members enter the country after overseas travel must complete the quarantine procedures at the anti-epidemic hotel in accordance with government regulations and provide proof of quarantine completion.

Those who have had overlapped footprints with those who have been diagnosed, those who have been listed, and those who have recovered after being diagnosed must complete the quarantine procedures in accordance with government regulations. Upon fulfillment of the required actions, they can enter the Alife living and living space after 7 days of self-health management.
