What we are doing about Covid-19

Alive or not, we’re committed to Alife.
Alife wants to do our best to safeguard everyone against COVID-19 and create a safe living space for you.

From our very first project, we have kept a close watch on the COVID pandemic. The safety and health of every single one of our colleagues and partners was our primary concern in the process. And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

Let us create an ideal life with peace of mind together. 

・Alife management team

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

　

・Safety for residents and visitors

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Maintain social distances in elevators, hallways and all public areas.

  • Regardless of the duration of your stay in Taiwan, even if you do not utilize Alife's office or residential spaces, as long as you apply in advance, Shibaura House members during their stay in Taiwan can also enjoy lifestyle offerings equivalent to those of Alife members.

(2)Package 2, Exclusive Office Space Short-Term Leases

  • You can enjoy complimentary access to individual desks within the Aspace coworking area at CIT location.
  • Maximum capacity per unit is 6 persons.
  • During the period of access, you will have access to certain lifestyle propositions equivalent to those offered to Aspace members.

(3)Package 3, Exclusive Residential Space Short-Term Leases

  • You can enjoy preferential membership rates for staying in residential accommodations within the Alife FL and Alife WCH locations. (*The availability of rentable room types is subject to the vacant room status at the time of application).
  • You have the flexibility of lease terms, with the option to stay in Alife residential accommodations for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
  • During your stay, you will have access to lifestyle offerings equivalent to those provided to Alife resident members.

｜How to Apply for Shibaura House Membership｜

(1) For Option 1, the Exclusive Short-Term Office Space Plan, and Option 3, the Exclusive Lifestyle Proposition, applications must be submitted to Alife through Shibaura House no later than 5 working days in advance.

(2) For Option 2, the Exclusive Short-Term Residential Space Plan, applications must be submitted to Alife through Shibaura House no later than 14 working days in advance.

(3) A membership access card will be provided on the day of move-in.
