What we are doing about Covid-19

Alive or not, we’re committed to Alife.
Alife wants to do our best to safeguard everyone against COVID-19 and create a safe living space for you.

From our very first project, we have kept a close watch on the COVID pandemic. The safety and health of every single one of our colleagues and partners was our primary concern in the process. And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

Let us create an ideal life with peace of mind together.

Common Spaces

Aspace YS is designed specifically for contemporary workers, as we believe that for today's professionals, life often intertwines with work. One aspect of life is the interaction with other professionals. Therefore, we have carefully planned communal areas at Aspace YS to encourage networking and interaction. We envision a space where various formal and informal activities, exhibitions, forums, and entertainment can take place, fostering curiosity through every interaction. We look forward to creating a vibrant environment where each exchange sparks new ideas and experiences.

Lobby

The Lobby is situated in the entrance hall of the former football stadium building. It retains the characteristic old archway adorned with sculptures, complemented by graffiti and installation designs. This nearly 80-ping (approximately 2640 square feet) space is dedicated for networking and interaction.

Share Kitchen

A beautiful kitchen can actually become the most important gathering area. Instead of a traditional pantry, Aspace YS has set up a Shared Kitchen, where members can not only grab a cup of coffee to temporarily unwind from work, but also utilize fully equipped kitchenware. This allows members to have flexible options, whether it's preparing a healthy lunch for themselves or organizing a group cooking session for a happy hour. From meal preparation, cooking, plating, to enjoying food and conversation, the kitchen serves as a meaningful space for community interaction, fostering connections beyond just dining.

Gym

Aspace YS has designed a fully equipped gym facility, complete with treadmills, dumbbells, stationary bikes, and other exercise equipment. Additionally, we have installed full-length mirrors and mats, making it convenient to gather colleagues for a yoga class. We believe that contemporary professionals engaged in mentally demanding work should also have the opportunity to engage in regular physical activity during their stay at Aspace YS.

Lounge Hall

Taking timely breaks during work is essential. That's why at Aspace YS, we have designed an interactive and recreational area centered around the theme of "play." Here, you'll find amenities such as foosball tables, swings, punching bags, and beach chairs. These facilities allow residents to momentarily detach from work-related matters, relax, and take a break. Moreover, through playful interactions, there are opportunities for residents to engage with one another, fostering connections and making friends with like-minded individuals.
