From our very first project, we have kept a close watch on the pandemic. The safety and health of every single one of our colleagues and partners was our primary concern in the process. And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

Let us create an ideal life with peace of mind together. 

・Alife management team

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

 

・Safety for residents and visitors

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Maintain social distances in elevators, hallways and all public areas.

What is Alife Mail Order Center?

Alife has curated a unique mail order center for its members, which opens monthly with a fixed release. This exclusive 'paper-based mail-order form' is only accessible to resident members and is delivered to their mailbox within their residential location at the beginning of each month.

The mail-order center goes beyond product sales; it also shares various unexpected and fresh content—ranging from lifestyle proposals, interesting urban spot highlights, current art and cultural event updates or exhibition news. It publishes a variety of information and details to make daily life in Alife closer to ideal, enriched with fun and interesting information.

This content is also simultaneously published in the form of an online newsletter on the Alife community platform, recommending the most exciting and enjoyable lifestyle proposals in the city to every Alifer.

Highlight of this Issue

As "a reader" enters its 9th edition, we turn our focus to the act of reading itself: “Why is running a bookstore so difficult, yet people still flock to do it? Why do editors, publishers, and writers continue to pour themselves into such a low-margin industry?” The answer, perhaps, lies in the very nature of reading.
