And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Alife's First Spring Gathering Party" joins hands with its ecosystem brand group including Planté, Vermilion Phoenix Curry, Plan b, and Mandarin DJ icon "國語作業簿 Mandarin Homework", along with popular YouTuber "反正我很閒", to create a one-night-only crossover music and art lifestyle experience!

Since its establishment in 2021, Alife has always advocated for "living life the way you want", continuously striving to create an "ideal life" experience as its goal. It provides various types of space rental (residential, workspace, commercial) and a variety of extraordinary daily life services, hoping that members can live by choice and move towards the path of an ideal life together.

On the weekend night of April 19th, as spring blossoms, Alife held its first-ever "Log in A Universe: Alife Spring Party" in collaboration with its ecosystem brand group. This group includes sustainability consulting firm "Plan b", light food and beverage brand "植蘊 Planté", popular New Oriental curry brand "朱雀 SUZAKU CURRY SHOP", household service "Able.", bookstore promoting reading "a reader", Taiwan-Japan exchange space "溫室 by SHIBAURA HOUSE", the newly established scattered apartment brand "SAND", and the upcoming luxury brand "CNlife". Together, they organized a massive spring party combining brand spring wine with music and art experiences, expecting to gather a thousand people.

Starting from the venue, the party integrates the core spirit of the company, which is sustainability. Held in a popular venue built with over 1.5 million recycled PET bottles, the world's first carbon-neutral large-span exhibition building, the nearly 1000-ping party not only unveiled the future development blueprint, business layout, and listing process of Alife's holding company for the first time but also showcased the characteristics, development focus, and plans of various brands within its ecosystem. This comprehensive presentation of the future blueprint of the industry holding group demonstrates the complete picture of its future development.

Alife and all brand partners in the ecosystem mark "April" as the beginning of the year. We hope to continue exploring various possibilities for an ideal life in this month of April, which celebrates April Fools' Day, madness, and curiosity.

The event also featured live performances by Bio, a fluid art and liquid light sculptor. Essential alcoholic beverages for the ideal life were provided by local popular craft beer brand "Taihu Brewing" and the premier cocktail brand "Draft Land". Together, they curated a crossover music, art, and lifestyle experience, making the party the hottest topic on social media that night.
