From our very first project, we have kept a close watch on the pandemic. The safety and health of every single one of our colleagues and partners was our primary concern in the process. And we pledge to follow all the guidelines and regulations issued by Central Epidemic Command Center, Nation Health Command Center (CECC).

All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

・Alife management team

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

　

・Safety for residents and visitors

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Maintain social distances in elevators, hallways and all public areas.

Alife Lifestyle Projects | A(溫室)life Taiwan-Japan Exchange Community Space

"A community space with a Taiwanese-Japanese fusion. A place where the imagination of community exchange organically occurs.

"溫室" is the first overseas operation of SHIBAURA HOUSE, Tokyo's coolest community workspace, in collaboration with Alife FL's Aplace FL space, since November 2023. It hosts various exhibitions and events during its limited operation.

Here, themed investigations are conducted for several months, and regular events are held. The first project, titled "Japanese Homework", kicked off in 2023 with five "editing meetings" held at Aplace FL, hosted by Kondo-san, a Japanese editor/writer currently residing in Taiwan. These meetings continue to discuss issues related to "homework" in Japan and Taiwan.

In order to contemplate the future of society together, this is a place where Taiwanese and Japanese🇹🇼-🇯🇵 people gather to discuss each other's social issues and future possibilities."
