All the facilities at the Alife headquarter office, Alife FL and Alife WCH are equipped with stringent hygiene and protection measures to provide all our guests a safe environment.

All the office spaces, areas for collaboration, are corridors and hallways between these areas are cleaned and disinfected comprehensively.

There is also an upgrade on use and frequency of hygiene and disinfection supplies. Alcohol disinfection spray stations are also set up in the higher traffic areas.

Upgraded efforts on cleaning and sanitizing Alife FL, Alife WCH overall area, public areas and other relevant areas.

Maintain social distances in elevators, hallways and all public areas.

Cross-disciplinary music project: so much more than just living space x good food

After planning over three years, Alife now is a brand that manages living spaces and beyond. The first event after launching the website is a collaboration with our friend Meowvelous Inc. - a record store right at the lobby of Alife FL. This popup store 【Alife x Meowvelous A Record Store】with exclusive playlists that will be here for 3 months will open now!

Tell the story of Taipei with music” bring the city’s golden times to the home with songs.

To Luke Chen, the owner of Meowvelous Inc., music is the DNA of the brand. And the element of music can be seen thoroughout the menu, wine list, and more. And Meowvelous can be seen in many musical events and festivals. Luke thinks music captures the spirit of the time. So to Meowvelous, music is more than the brand’s essence, it’s also a tap into the culture.

Inside the popup record store, music is the medium that carries the city’s vibe to the living space. The playlist moves from the pop music of the 80’s to current popular numbers: Kay Huang and Tom Chang’s works are classics from the 80’s and 90’s. Lim Giong and Harlem Yu’s experimental and urban vibe reflect the modernity of Taipei. Shunza’s sultry voice was enriched with the vibes of ABC culture, also an ode of goodnight. Also in the list a few numbers from the post-2000’s, including one by Tizzy Bac. Each one is a classic for the Chinese pop music.


There is more to the playlist. My bloody valentine’s《Loveless》has very special meaning to Meowvelous. It’s the number the restaurant played every night during the first two years. The playlist is a good mixture of oldies and newbies. It’s very “Taipei”, urban, very “Meowvelous” and very “Alife”.

And there is more: Meowvelous ’s exclusive snacks offers a splash of fun to the pandemic time.

Along with the project, Meowvelous also customizes exclusive snacks for Alife: “Wakeup Popcorn” and “Stop for Water“ as gifts for new guests who visit Alife spaces.”Wakeup Popcorn” is made the natural way with little bit of Meowvelous caramel, butter, salt and coffee to lift up the day. “Stop for Water” is a fun play with water as a reminder to a healthy life style. Packaging is simple, leaving out all fancy details for room to pause and think.

Launched in July, 2021 and introducing two locations - Alife FL on FuLin Road in Shilin and Alife WCH in the Taipei Train Station district, Alife started with residential spaces and expanded to rental residences, office and commercial spaces.
